So, is this local sign the work of Bristol prankster and incoherently-political commentator Banksy? Or some copycat students? If it is Banksy, it’ll be on ebay by the end of the week.
Looks a bit shabby to be the genuine article, but he did use an elephant in his recent L.A. show. Red herring?
